BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS

PREAMBLE: Whereas the Socialist Party disagrees with the current laws in transport and communication, and since public ownership of the means of communication and transport shall be more effective and helpful for public good,

SECTION 1 : This is the SPV - 5 Infrastructure Reform Act.

SECTION 2: All airports shall be nationalized.

SECTION 3: All power stations shall be publicly owned.

SECTION 4: There shall be only one nationalized post office agency.

SECTION 5: Public transport shall be fully subsidized by the government.

SECTION 6: There shall be a single publicly owned TOC.

SECTION 7: This bill passes when the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in favour of this bill.
