| Message | Sarah LeCroff, If I may point your attention to the current countries in compliance with this treaty, there are only 8, there needs to be heavy negotiations before I would suggest making such a move to disadvantage our military in this area, I understand positive relationships with other nations is vital however for us to agree to these terms would give 50 other nations an extraordinary advantage over us which could threaten our civilians lives.
