| BE IT ENACTED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS PREAMBLE: Whereas the police is a bureaucratic state apparatus, and since it will be more people centered if it merged with the police, SECTION 1: This is the SPV - 10 Police (Abolition) Act. SECTION 2: The military shall act as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest. SECTION 3: This bill passes as soon as the majority of the members of the House of Commons votes in the favour of this bill. |
