MessageThe Keymon Neutrality Treaty is more than just protecting Keymon from attacks. It provides other nations with a neutral port during wars. It provides a safe harbour for our armed forces and merchant feet.

If we invaded, we'd have to go up against the combined armed forces of the other signatories, and after its been made a colony, it will require a large garrison to protect it from future attack. it will be a drain on our treasury and armed forces.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
