PREAMBLE: Whereas industries are emerging in our country which was underdeveloped, and since machines are required to drive the manufacturing sector which are inherently expensive, BE IT ENACTED by King Percy 1, and with the advice and consent of House of Commons, as follows: SECTION 1: Name This bill may be referred to as the SPV - 11 Capital Equipment Subsidies Act. SECTION 2: The Capital Equipment Subsidy Policy 1) The Government shall provide subsidies for capital equipments like machines to individuals who are interested in opening factories who express that practically in reality. 2) The Ministry of Trade and Industry shall be responsible for carrying out this task. 3) A department shall be formed in the Ministry mentioned whose task shall be to provide this particular type of subsidies to interested individuals. SECTION 3: Allocations 1) The Government shall propose a budget proposal after the passing of this bill for allocating proper funds for this task. SECTION 4: Procedure for putting this bill in force 1) The bill comes into force when the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in favour of this bill. |
