BE IT ENACTED By King Percy 1, with the advice and consent of the House of Commons, as follows: SECTION 1: Name This is the SPV - 12 Media Reform Act. SECTION 2: The Reforms 1) All radio stations shall be publicly owned through the means of the state. 2) All televison stations shall be publicly owned through the means of the state. 3) There shall be no content regulations and the media may publish anything, even proven falsehoods. SECTION 3: Procedure for putting this bill into force The bill may come into force when the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in favour of this bill. |
