PREAMBLE: Whereas today most of the powers are held by the central government, and since many policies for determining correctly shall be determined according to the regional conditions of our nations, BE IT ENACTED By King Percy 1, with the advice and consent of the House of Commons, as follows: SECTION 1: Name This is the SPV - 13 Federalisation Act. SECTION 2: The Policies 1) Local governments shall be responsible for licensing of food sales. 2) The regulation of the sale of tobacco products shall be the responsibility of the local governments. 3) Curriculum policies for all schools shall be determined by local governments. 4) Funding and operation of museums shall be the responsibility of the local governments. 5) Local governments shall decide the policy regarding the keeping of exotic animals. 6) Park policy shall be determined by local governments. 7) Local Governments shall elect their own local representatives to the World Congress. 8) Public Works initiatives and projects shall be carried out by local governments SECTION 3: Procedure for putting this bill into effect This bill comes to effect when the majority of the members of the House of Commons shall vote in favour of this bill. |
