This bill will require the government and parliament in place after the election to execute the articles: Articles of Election Enforcement Law Article 1: Government officials shall resign after the election occurs. Except the now Caregiver Prime Minister. Article 2: If a party is unsatisfied with Election results, Parliament shall call an early election. This legal instrument can only be used once in an election year. Article 3: Parliament shall form a new government cabinet as soon as all government officials have resigned, except the Caregiver Prime Minister. Article 4: If Parliament fails to form a new government within 6 months, Parliament shall call for a new election, unless Article 2 has been executed then Parliament shall form a new government as soon as possible. Article 5: If the required government officials refuse to resign, Parliament shall hold a vote for each rebellious government official to be held in Contempt of Parliament. Parliament shall call for early elections and form a new government as quick as possible to oust the rebellious government officials. Article 6: Parliament’s failure to execute any of the other articles, Parliament shall vote to repeal this law. Article 7: Usage of this Law in a bill must cite Article 7 to show compliance of this Law and the other Article being used. Example: “The Minister of Foreign Affairs, John Hawks, is to be declared Rebellious under Article 7 of the Election Enforcement Law.
