MessageMembers of the Assembly,

The Populists are in principle against all articles, however, we could possibly vote for article 2, but we will have to stand our ground on article 3. We could vote in favor of article 1 under certain circumstances, but for now we will oppose it. Thank you.

MessageI wish to thank you for your response. Art 3 (Policy on mandatory minimums) has been removed from this bill to please the FP. I do hope that would be sufficient to have that party's support as well,

Thank you,

MessageMr Speaker,
if we can support the first article, we consider the second one discriminatory. Actually, we are not thinking to whealty people, but to those who have normal lifes and normal incomes and the risk that they, who cannot be considered people with low income, could be impoverished due to the legal fees.

We will work to reverse that article.

Thank you

MessageMembers of the Assembly,

Our intention was to support the three articles proposed here, although article 2 was not pleasant for us. The removal of the article regarding mandatory minimums is a setback, but we will work towards implementing it. In the same way, we will support the ANI in relation to article 2.
Thanks,

Beatrice Nese
Spokesperson of the Left Bloc.
