Details
Submitted by[?]: Sekowan Freedom Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2214
Description[?]:
Trade unions should need to have majority approval of its active members before inacting a strike. This important (especially in a democracy) in order to protect the workers' rights to work and earn a wage. Strikes instituted by small cabals could have sweeping and detrimental effects on workers who do not have the means to last through a strike. This will also protect against mafia bosses (who often control trade unions) using these organizations to carry our their own personal agendas. |
