| The Holy Luthori Church propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Holy Luthorian Empire (Luthori). _____________________ In December fo 4646, the HLC proposed the Luthori Works 2.0 Program (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=610406), which resulted in an unprecedented economic boom for the Empire: - Luthori produced 150% of its food needs, becoming an exporter of food through the region - Unemployment was reduced by 50% - Luthori became hub of industrial power and might ________________________ We are now again proposing this bill, to boost Trade and Industry. Overview of changes: - HoG reduced by 500% - MoD spending increased by 100% - MoHSS; SS is reduced by 100% - MoEC; C is reduced by 10 Billion LPD - MoTI increased by 500% ____________________________ |

| Message | Mr Speaker, Taking billions away from our childrens educations, billions away from our citizens health care and services as well as foreign affair while doubling spending in our defence industry seems dangerous to us and downright inhumane.
