OOC: I think i figured out the issue with the Constitutional, basically it provides all options possible in gov. ________________________________ A series of Constitutional Amendments shall be put to vote on by the diet, to be apprved by the diet. ________________________________ Article 1 Section 2 (2) The Holy Luthorian Empire (Luthori) shall be structured as a parliamentary democracy with a unicameral legislature and _________ (2a) an elected Head of State. (2b) a constitutional monarch. Article 4 Section 1 (1) The executive power shall be vested in the __________ (1a) Imperator. (1b) Cabinet. Article 6 Section 1 (1) The Cabinet shall _______________ and conduct the policy of the Government (1a) aid and advise the Imperator. (1b) exercise the executive power.
