MessageMr. Speaker,
Everyday, we meet people who tell us they work in industries that are dirty, badly-equipped, and with dangerous installations. Everyday, they are risking their lives because the government has not yet implemented mandatory health and safety regulations. People want to feel safe and this is what we should aim for.
Concerning the abortion issue, we met Kate, 28 years old, who had to go through a medical operation because she couldn't keep the baby without endangering her life. Now, she also has to pay the expensive operation. At the CPL, we think we should care about people going through tough times like these and fund abortions.

Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson
