| This act of the Imperial Senate, with the ascent of His August Imperial Majesty, Theodosio V hereby establishes the Imperial Protective Service (Augustan: Imperia Protekta Servo; IPS) to provide general law enforcement services to buildings and locations owned an operated by the Federal government of the Augustan Empire. Article 1 - The Imperial Protective Service will absorb all currently Imperial-level police forces, services, etc; Article 2 - The Director of the Imperial Protective Service will be appointed by His August Imperial Majesty on the recommendation of the Grand Logothete and the Logothete of the Domestic Office; Article 3 - The Imperial Protective Service will be underneath the Domestic Office; Article 4 - The Imperial Protective Service will have its own management, duties and related services as proscribed by law. |
