Bill: December Reforms: Atomic Energy

Details

Submitted by[?]: Beluzian Defense and Federalist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 2214

Description[?]:

The Beluzian Defense Party is a large supporter of Nuclear Power. Uranium is a common resource and can be used to power Beluzia while releasing absolutely nothing into the atmosphere. With proper safety protocols and a careful review of power plant designs and checks on operator qualifications, we can reduce the danger from nuclear power plants to zero, while eliminating the dangers of toxic chemicals being released into the atmosphere.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.

Random quote: "The man who prefers his country before any other duty shows the same spirit as the man who surrenders every right to the state. They both deny that right is superior to authority." - John Dalberg-Acton
