BE IT ENACTED BY KING PERCY I AS FOLLOWS :
A fund for the preparations for Pandemics and for the storage of protective equipment and for establishment of emergency hospitals and for the payment of extre funds to the front line workers during the period and for other related purposes.
A total of 30,000 DNT shall be allocated every two years.
