(This bill was proposed by the minister of Justice Carla Ordóñez) Criminals are hutorian citizen too. In addition to the fact that they praticly live their entire life in the control of the state. they should have their voice heard in public affairs. Of course, we wouldn't give the right to vote to dangerous criminals, only to hutorian who have commited small crimes. |

Current: Criminals who are charged with minor crimes are eligable to vote, others charged with serious crimes are not.
