| Welcome to all my friends and members of the Diet. It has been 20 years to this date when I became chair of the Conservative Party and 1 years as Prime Minister and Imperial Seal Bearer. I have grown this party from the depth of the lows to it's highest heights. We have been in Government for over 20 years and have always been in the top three of the nations largest parties. We have radically changed this nation to be a conservative one. I want to thank our dear friends in the White Rose for those 15 wonderful years, I want to thank our friends in the Liberal Democratic Party for 5 years of strong and stable government. However, the great achievements of this party I have lead this election did not turn out to well so it is now my time to exit stage right. I have enjoy this and loved my nation. I will stand down triggering a party leadership election and I will stay on as Imperial Seal Bearer until a new government can be made. I said my party would vote for a cabinet from the largest party. It is the CPL but we will provide support for the cabinet to be made and support a budget as long as we have our voice heard. We will vote for not a single reform we disagree with. It will be a supply agreement for a budget and the government.
