| Since the Lourennais Government has expressed their intent to work strategically with us and accepted our offer to visit Atyr (and possibly other cities) - visit details pending discussion and final confirmations - they have also requested if a Joint Naval Exercise with The Kanjor Navy and Lourennais Royal Navy can be performed, during this time to celebrate our relationship. As Kanjor no longer holds foreign bases within Kanjorienne territory, including Lourennais bases, and as Lourenne would likely be heightened as a Strategic Partner once our Strategic Partners' Accord is finalised - citing our long historical-cultural and socio-economic ties, we propose that the Silliers Channel be a front for these Joint friendly Naval Exercises between our two nations during the delegation visit. |

Partnerships are important, and we always like to see military partnerships with other countries who share our views, even though we do not have foreign military bases.
