Article One: The Likatonian government officially apologizes on behalf of the senate, the cabinet, the military, and the people, to Telamon for the NTA fleet infringing on there national waters. The Likatonian Government also ensures Telamon that this drastic violation of international law caused by rouge generals will not happen again.
