| EXECUTIVE DIRECTIVE SUMMARY President Kono Saki issued this Executive Directive in 4761 to respond to the electoral developments in Hulstria-Mikuni. EXECUTIVE DIRECTIVE: Whereas it is the duty of the President of Seko under Article 64 of the Constitution of Seko to direct the foreign policy of the state, and; Whereas President Seichō said in a June 4748 that the Hulstrian government represented: "a political force which advocates imperialism and the representation of Hulstrians alone," and; Whereas the Gao-Showa National Party has defeated the National Fascist Coalition Party in the June 4761 General Election in Hulstria-Mikuni, bringing an end to the Hulstrian fascist rule which Seichō denounced, and; Whereas it is the foreign policy of Seko, as directed by the Kono Administration in deference to Article 9 of the Constitution of Seko to promote the culture of peace, co-operation between peoples, mutual understanding and equitable development, Be it resolved that the Executive Branch of Seko, as represented Constitutionally by the President of Seko, issues the following Directive to be adopted as law effective immediately: (1) The Government of Seko applauds the victory of the Gao-Showa National Party over the imperialistic and militaristic fascist coalition, and shall strive to strengthen ties with this new democratic government in Kien. (2) The Government of Seko shall offer aid and support to the new government as it undertakes the task of constructing a pluralistic and respectful society grounded in the principles of the Septemberist movement. (3) The Government of Seko shall endeavour to foster greater grassroots co-operation and fraternity with citizens of Hulstria-Mikuni.
