| WHEREAS the Dundorf Democratic Republic has offered aid and assistance to the Confederated Regions of Aloria; WHEREAS Dundorfian assistance would be tremendously helpful in establishing a progressive socialist state; WHEREAS this assistance poses no threat to Alorian sovereignty whatsoever; BE IT RESOLVED that the Confederated Regions of Aloria will adopt an open policy towards aid and assistance from the Dundorf Democratic Republic; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that humanitarian workers from the Dundorf Democratic Republic will be allowed into the Confederated Regions of Aloria after a cursory security check at the border or point of entry; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that major humanitarian operations shall be approved on a case-by-case basis, and minor operations will be allowed to go ahead after the aforementioned security checks. |
