This bill limits the slaughter of cows in Likatonia in order to comply with Malivias demands. This bill will set a limit on how many cows can be slaughtered, and it must be done humanly, this bill does not propose to ban the import of cow meat, although it does demand that before any cow meat can be imported into the country, it must be demonstrated that the cows were treated according to minimum humane standards set down by the Ministry of Food & Agriculture. (OOC: This must be done to secure Malvivias vote)
