Bill: Greater Malivia Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Raktavani National Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4770

Description[?]:

This bill declares the Federal Republic of Malivia's claim to territorial sovereignty over the entire area of Greater Malivia, comprising of Malivia, Darnussia-Narikaton, Hobrazia, Selucia and Keymon.

Furthermore, this bill offers full Malivian citizenship to all individuals living in the Greater Malivia area. This offer of citizenship is available on dual citizenship terms, something Malivia does not at the present time offer in other cases.

As a further note, this bill supercedes and replaces the earlier "Declaration of Sovereignty over the Malivy Islands Act" (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=594342) and the "Malivian Citizenship Act" (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=596486).

Patanjali Ganapuli
President of Malivia
