The Parliament of Hutori Requests Her Royal Majesty, Queen Sarah VI, Declare that a State of War Exists between the Commonwealth of Hutori and the Third Kivonian Republic Empowered the Hutorian Armed Forces to execute the war with all the resources at it's disposal to end the war as quickly as possible. |
