Description[?]:

1. Concluding that the Kingdom has been a Kingdom for many centuries the Grand Council, in accordance with His Gracious Majesty, has decided that this way of life is an integral part of Vanukean culture and must be preserved.

2. Knowing that the education system of Vanuku ensures that all Vanukeans are, from an early age, instilled with pride and loyalty to the Royal Family.

3. Realizing that the entirety of the Armed Forces swear an Oath of Loyalty to the monarch.

4. The Grand Council hereby unanimously decides that parties that seek to abolish the monarchy or alter it in any way are unconstitutional and anti-Vanukean. Henceforth the Kingdom of Vanuku will remain exactly that, with a King, Queen or Regent in place to guide the nation as a semi-constitutional Head of State.

5. The Grand Council hereby further unanimously decides the role of the Monarch within the Kingdom.
- The monarch (henceforth referred to as King) is the Head of State and represents the nation as its figurehead.
- The King has a Royal Veto that can be utilized in emergencies to veto any law or decree issued by the cabinet or Grand Council but only if these laws or decrees are deemed dangerous, anti-Vanukean or when they in any other way hold back progress of the nation.
- The succession of the King is decided by absolute primogeniture, the King himself grants the title of Archduke of Banstill upon his preferred successor within the Royal Family, a blood relation is a requirement with preference to those carrying the Banmek-Sntazed name.
- The King rules until death or personal abdication.
- The King may submit laws or decrees to the Grand Council but these must be voted upon as any other piece of legislature.
- The King must approve a declaration of war when the cabinet and Grand Council decide on such.
- The King has the power, in times of great emergency, to dissolve the Grand Council and call new elections.
- The King is expected not to attend Grand Council sessions but await the reports of His cabinet.
- The King is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and all troops swear an oath of loyalty to Him.
- The King must respect the democratic parliamentary system of the Kingdom of Vanuku, the King serves His people.
- The King has the power to ennoble, reward, and pardon any of his subjects, furthermore he may ennoble and reward foreigners that have done great things for the nation, global peace or the Jelbic peoples.
- The King's dignity may not be violated.
