| This Omnibus aims at the re-authorization of KALNAPECO, KALNAFERCO, KALMILINCO, and the Republican National Bank. Original Charters are found below KALNAPECO http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=571991 KALNAFERCO http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=571992 KALMILINCO http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=572621 RNB http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=571995 The following articles supercede the original articles as amendments In the KALNAFERCO Bill "The Neveras Bauxite Range" and the Aluminum Smelter in Sulari will be added to to the Nationalization act. In All Nationalization Acts, the Nationalization of foreign Owned Assets will occur as follows: Foreign Investment will remain in place for a period of not more than 5 years, over which the Kalistani Government and respective funding authorities will purchase foreign stock in Kalistani companies at market prices. Disputes will be settled before any transfers occur. If foreign investors simply refuse to sell at any price, after the period of 5 years, Kalistan will simply expropriate the property and will repay the original owners according to the expropriation scheme found in each act. All references to the "Chamber of Deputies" will be changed to "National Assembly of Deputies". Lourenne will be offered special dispensation to continue to maintain its investments in each of the Nationalized Firms, as part of earlier agreements with the Government of Lourenne, but stock will be added to dilute foreign ownership to not more than 49% of the total stock, with additional stock going to the Kalistani Government first to comply with the terms of the act. Additionally, should Lourenne wish to divest, the Kalistani Government shall receive right of first refusal for all transfers of stock. All other terms shall apply. These firms shall be reorganized following the passage of this act, with a 2/3rds majority vote and shall remain in effect thereafter. |
