Message | Mr. Speaker, National police departments are inherently inefficient for day-to-day duties. Officers are detached from the communities which they must police on a daily basis, and national police departments are slower to respond to problems. This bill proposes to permit regions and cities to establish local police departments to carry out their duties with greater efficiency, speed, and precision. ~Marc Clair, MP of Mondalat, Candidate for Head of Government. |
