Message | We tend to feel that cooperation with other countries is a worthwhile pursuit, and this treaty has been in the works for a number of years. If any other parties are interested, we'd like to get this done soon. Also, please note that the naval base specified in the treaty is quite valuable to us, since it is to be jointly manned by both nations, thus meaning we essentially get a naval base paid for by Yingdala. |
