| Below is a proposal for an updated cultural protocol in Jakania. Changes from the previous version are outlined in the debate section. --- In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8088&p=145763#p145764), Jakania is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name. The previous cultural protocol can be found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=625329 --OVERVIEW-- Jakania is a heterogenous country in terms of language, religion and ethnicity. The dominant group in the country are Turjaks (Turks) but there are two significant minority groups: Kalopians (Greeks) and Majatrans (Arabs). Several smaller minority groups also exist. --ETHNICITY-- » Turjak (Turk)- 64% » Kalopian (Greek)- 17% » Majatran (Arab)- 12% » Ashker (other Turkic)- 2% » Siphinan (Albanian)- 1% » Delic (Slavic)- 1% » Other- 3% --RELIGION-- » Ahmadism (Islam)- 83% » Hosianism (Christianity)- 11% » Irreligious- 4% » Other- 2% --LANGUAGE-- Turjak (Turkish) is the dominant language in Jakania and is spoken to a certain extent among minority groups too.
