The negotiations have ended. Only the SDP participated so we believe the other parties agree with our program. It is necessary to form a good government.

FIRST CHAPTER: THE THEOCRACY MUST END
1.No state penalties are issued for blasphemy.
2.There are no laws regulating the wearing of religious clothing and the wearing of religious symbols.
3.Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools.
4.Teacher-led prayers in schools are forbidden, except in religious schools.
5.There is an official state religion, but membership is completely voluntary.

SECOND CHAPTER: BUILDING THE SOCIALIST ECONOMY:

Defense spending : - 6 billions
Social security spending : +3 billions
We have a large budget deficit so we have to cut spending somewhere.
2.Increase corporation tax from 15 to 20 %.
3.Increase luxury goods tax from 15 to 20 %.
4.Government approval is needed before strikers can be fired (concerning employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers.)
5.One third of corporate boards must consist of employees
6.The government encourages positive discrimination and enforces it for government hiring.
7.Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.

THIRD CHAPTER: WOMEN's RIGHTS AND LGBT RIGHTS:
1.The government allows the individual to decide on gender identity.
2.The government allows all consenting adults to obtain civil marriage contracts.

FOURTH CHAPTER: PRESERVING OUR PLANET:
1.The matters of hunting and fishing are handled by local governments.
2.The government enforces high animal welfare standards.
There are already lots of regulations on this matter, we will keep them.

FIFTH CHAPTER: A FUTURE FOR OUR CHILDREN:
1.The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.
2.The funding of private schools is the responsibility of local governments.
3.Local governments decide policy regarding selective schools.
