Details
Submitted by[?]: Blocco della Sinistra
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes for the ratification of a treaty. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4781
Description[?]:
This bill asks for the ratification of the Rights of LGBT+ Citizens Protection Treaty. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. When the government of Istalia at the time decided to retire withdraw our nation from this treaty, we warned about the mistake. LGBT people are a reality, not a political opinion or an ideology. Sadly, we have seen how some political parties and politicians have attempted to remove their rights as citizens of our nations. We must stop that from happening by rejoining the treaty. Alessia Soldato Prime Minister of Istalia |

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn |
