| Article 1. The promotion and propagation of values and attitudes contrary to the raison d'être, aimed at undermining the legal order and social order of the State shall be prohibited by law and prosecuted ex officio. Article 2. Hostile and/or contradictory values and attitudes shall be understood to mean all kinds of actions and measures aimed at undermining the legal order developed and the social order developed on the basis of a social contract, and any case of violation deemed to be intentional at the request of the Prosecutor General (Minister of Justice) to be considered by the court in order to examine the merits of the notification. Article 3. Any natural or legal person who commits a violation of the provisions of this Act and by an offense, deliberate action or intentional organized activity undermines the social and legal order shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 25 years in the case of natural persons or a financial fine of up to and including LOD 5 million, or by deprivation of the right to operate with confiscation of property. |
