| Message | Article 1: Our goal is to disallow any investment in companies other than by the Government and/or employees of that company who will in any case be the sole or joint owners of the company. Article 2: Following from the goals outlined in Article 1 this Article is irrelevant. Article 3: We agree with the first part but not the second. The SCP finds the Treaty contradicts our goals which it believes are in the National interest and would not in any way impede our ability to trade internationally. The SCP therefore, does not support ratification. |
