In order to return the Augustan economy to greatness and encourage domestic production as a means to achieve this greatness, the Finance Ministry and Trade/Industry Treaty will be pursuing a policy of import substitution industrialization and relaxed restrictions on industry. To achieve this, the government requests the Imperial Senate to pass this set of economic reforms. |
