Message | I agree with 1 not 2. I'd also like to see the age where somone is recognised as an adult moved to 18. |
Date | 14:20:43, June 15, 2005 CET | From | Liberal Party for Equality | To | Debating the The Change Act |
Message | Well, we interpreted age of adulthood as the age of majority, and while we feel that people should have some kind of education, vocational apprenticeships included, until 18 to produce a highly qualified workforce, we also feel that if money can be earned and taxed from 16, they should be able to vote on how their taxes are spent. |
Date | 19:41:37, June 15, 2005 CET | From | Proletariat Revolution Party | To | Debating the The Change Act |
Message | They are legally adults at 16, but the fact that they are expected to be in school until 18 isn't unreasonable. And yes, we support the second one. Having an identity card system leaves the system open to abuse, wasteful spending and corruption. |
Date | 00:51:03, June 16, 2005 CET | From | National Centrist Party | To | Debating the The Change Act |
Message | I agree with 2 and not 1. |
Date | 07:15:39, June 16, 2005 CET | From | Republican Party | To | Debating the The Change Act |
Message | Fine, I think the identity card is the worse evil. I will ammend this bill accordingly. |
