For the longest time Likatonia has left smoking laws up to local government. Likatonia First belives that it would be better if there was a national standard for everyone to follow. The only question is what law do we choose? These are the options: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings. Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, but is illegal in government-owned buildings. Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section. Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
