| Realizing the colonialist sham that is being pushed onto us. Acknowledging the evil nature of colonialism. Understanding that today's Kizenian society is being taught to accept colonialist influences and forget the side effects of these values. Knowing that many of current affairs led in Kizenia are by neo-colonialists who seek to undermine the local populace, Kizenians, We declare thus a new Constitution and Nation for a new era without the colonial past being shoved everyday on us: 1)The name of the nation will be : Republica Chizână (Kizenia and New Endralon) 2)The rightful owners of the land are the Kizenian people 3)The nation shall federate itself around a unitary parliamentary republic founded on the democratic values of liberty, equality and fraternity 4)The official language of the nation shall be only Kizenian, though secondary language (Syldavian) will be thought optionally. Kuzaki will be not considered an important language therefore not be allowed to be taught. 5)Public institutions and businesses will be obliged to use Kizenian, with secondary and optionally Syldavian. 6)The state will adopt following resolutions as well: 7)Upon formation of the Republic, a new national identity shall be put in place, with new values to represent the new hope and development of the Republic |
