MessageThis will be put to vote after the election. If LF, GE and CPM (if they are for the bill) have a majority then the SPP does not have to vote in favour. If the bill would pass if SPP voted in favour along with the 2/3 (depends on CPMs position on the bill) then the SPP must vote in favour. If LF+GE+SPP(+CPM) does not have a majority then the SPP does not have to vote in favour.
