| Resolution on the suspension and withdrawal of immigration and non-immigration visas and transit transit permits for Citizens of the Republic of Endralon. Article 1. With immediate effect, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration shall suspend the issuing of decisions on the granting of any category of immigration, non-immigration, or transit traffic permits for citizens of the Republic of Endralon*. Article 2. With immediate effect, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration shall decide on the termination of immigration visas, non-immigration visas or transit traffic permits for citizens of the Republic of Endralon*. Article 3. The Ministry of the Interior and Administration shall decide to set a period of 21 days from the announcement of the resolution (from the announcement, not accepted by the Sejm) which is granted to citizens of the Republic of Endralon* to leave the territory of the Republic of Valruzia. Article 4. In the event of failure to comply with the obligation arising from the resolution and the unlawful presence on the territory of the Republic of Valruzia by citizens of the Republic of Endralon*, they shall be subject to an extra-judicial deportation order (with an immediate enforcement clause) and the jurisdiction over them shall be transferred to immigration authorities, Border Guard, Coast Guard and Police. Article 5. In the event of protracted delay or deliberate avoidance of the obligation under the resolution (to leave the territory of the Republic of Valruzia) may additionally be subject to an order of confiscation of property by the Valruzian Customs Office to cover administrative and operational costs in connection with bringing them before the relevant administrative authorities and the implementation of the obligation under the resolution. Article 6. The Ministry of the Interior and Administration states that the number of persons on whom this resolution imposes an obligation to leave the Republic of Valruzia is 4,327. Article 6a. This resolution does not impose an obligation to leave the territory of the Republic of Valruzia on persons who are simultaneously citizens of the Republic of Endralon* and another state. *The Republic of Endralon - the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Valruzia has decided to use the abbreviated name of the country. |

To clear the situation: 1 The bill is LEGITIMATEAS as it secured majority of seats and is supported by majority of players in a country (as required by GR), 2. This RP bill does not require any actions to be taken by the players of Endralon (which I will surely use as an advantage in upcoming RP) - let's say that Valruzia deports all Endralonians to the middle of the ocean to drown... 3.
