Bill: Property Freedom Act.

Details

Submitted by[?]: Liberal-Progressive Union

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2217

Description[?]:

This bill repeals the current law known as "eminent domain" which is nothing more than government excess of power. Private ownership of property is just that -private- and the government has no right to take at will, the property of it's citizens no matter how "vital" a government project is deemed to be.

MessageThere is still private property in Hobrazia.....You can do with your belongings what you please. There is no "living in fear of government scrooge" (although the current government might feel that way).
If the government has reasonable reasons and need private property for vital government works.....it surely is vital. Furthermore the property owner recieves compensation. Nothing unfair can be found in this...thus we vote against this proposal.
