This bill repeals the current law known as "eminent domain" which is nothing more than government excess of power. Message | There is still private property in Hobrazia.....You can do with your belongings what you please. There is no "living in fear of government scrooge" (although the current government might feel that way). If the government has reasonable reasons and need private property for vital government works.....it surely is vital. Furthermore the property owner recieves compensation. Nothing unfair can be found in this...thus we vote against this proposal. |
