Message"This will end governments "corporate welfare" that bails out poor performing companies." - Doesn't exist at present. Private defence industries compete for contracts for the armed services and are awarded said contracts on their ability to provide. Public defence industries provide for "special projects" with the military helping to guarantee security for sensitive projects that could otherwise be at risk utilising private industry.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "In all recorded history there has not been one economist who has had to worry about where the next meal would come from." - Peter Drucker
