The BRP asks Parliament to consider the predicament of businesses which have their hands tied by current policy if workers strike illegally. Of course, if a strike is called legally then a business cannot claim to classify the worker's strike as "without reasonable reasons" Workers are protected by other laws such as that stating that all workers have the right to strike and that unions may call a strike as long as a ballot obtains a majority vote of its members. |
