| Article 1. The President of the Republic of Valruzia is the supreme representative of the Republic of Valruzia and the guarantor of the continuity of state authority. Article 2. The President of the Republic of Valruzia ensures the observance of the Constitution, guards the sovereignty and security of the state and the integrity and indivisibility of its territory. Article 3. The President of the Republic of Valruzia shall perform his tasks within the scope and according to the principles set forth in the Constitution and in the laws. Article 4. The President of the Republic of Valruzia is the head of the Council of Ministers, which is responsible to the Sejm, which grants the Council of Ministers a vote of confidence. Article 5. The President of the Republic of Valruzia shall be elected by the people by universal, equal, direct and secret ballot. Article 6. The President of the Republic of Vlruzia is elected for a six-year term. Article 7. A citizen of the Republic of Valruzia may be elected President of the Republic of Valruzia who, on election day at the latest, turns 35 and enjoys full electoral rights to the Sejm. |
