Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 5023

Description[?]:

OOC: Political parties can obviously come and do whatever but the head of state (probably king or queen) is the ruler of the government and he/she can pass and veto/stop bills they don't want going through. Basically a hidden dictatorship. So any new players note this before joining this nation and try to always follow RP rules in order for the game to be more enjoyable. message me for more info.

For instance The head of state can declare war or at the very least ask the head of government to declare war on a nation. (Head of state being King/queen) If a the head of states party (URT) is in opposition the in gov party can not make the king lose his thrown as he obviously would just reject that law. If the head of state (controlled by me) demands a law be vetoed then the law maker must either accept or appeal to the head of state. This is RP so please follow it. Thank you

Random fact: Players are expected to behave in a courteous, co-operative manner and make a reasonable effort to act with the consent of all players involved, even where the rules do not make consent strictly necessary. In particular, players have a responsibility to take reasonable care that other players are not misinformed either about the role-play or the Game Rules.

Random quote: "Global warmers predict that global warming is coming, and our emissions are to blame. They do that to keep us worried about our role in the whole thing. If we aren't worried and guilty, we might not pay their salaries. It's that simple." - Kary Mullis
