| Article 1. The President of the Republic of Valruzia manages the additional VPO 5 billion (5,000,000,000,000) in the budget of the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the Ministry of Health and Social Services for the benefit of the State Fire Service at the disposal and allocation of the State Fire Service Headquarters. Article 2. The President of the Republic of Valruzia manages, from the additional budget of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the public procurement of 500 fire fighting vehicles and fire fighting equipment. Article 3. The President of the Republic of Valruzia orders, from the additional budget of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the procurement of 3 additional aerial firefighting units (Reglair Starliner (DC-10)). Article 4. The President of the Republic of Valruzia manages the establishment of 6 June as National Fire Service Day. |
