For years, the national government has been making unfair burden on the poor villagers who are desperate to feed their families but are kept from hunting a large deer just because an ivory tower bureaucrat plays a god in deciding which month of the year people are allowed to feast on their kill, The red tape for gathering food must be abolished. Only the Creator has the right to govern how successful a hunter can be in a given season. |

Message | While we do agree that the numbers shall be wisely maintained, the bureaucrats should not be the one to govern nature.
