Old value:: Able-bodied prisoners have to work during the day.
Current: Prisoners can do certain jobs in prison, voluntarily, for a small wage.
Proposed: Prisoners are interned and do not work in prisons.

Message | Giving prisiners nothing to do does not help. Plus the work helps pays for their time in prison. I would vote for this if it where changes to having prisiners educated durring the day and not working. |
