| Article 2:- Rename the city "Astoria K’alak’i" to "Astoria". (OOC: For Moderation purposes, this simply removes the word "city" from the end of the name.) Article 3:- Hobrazia shall be organised into five autonomous republics. Each shall have power over those areas of government designated by the national government. Article 4:- The cities of Astoria, Camaero and Brentaro shall have "special administrative status" including the ability to directly elect a mayor and additional powers to manage their affairs. Article 5:- The national capital Muzal K’alak’i shall be under the direct jurisdiction of the central government with the Prime Minister as its official leader. |
