Bill: Daily Working Hours Bill 4815
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alliance Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4815
Description[?]:
The government recently voted down a bill containing three policy proposals, one of which was the one re-introduced in this bill. Upon reflection, despite the Alliance party's preference for the current policy of non-interference in the market place, we are prepared to allow some leeway in the proposal contained in this bill, as there is admittedly a delicate balance between a laissez-faire approach and an approach which protects citizens from the worst forms of business which could potential exploit their employees. |
